Summerall Luxury Apartments in Tampa, FL features 352 thoughtfully designed residences and a two-story, 15,000-square-foot clubhouse centered on enhancing resident work-life balance. Drawing inspiration from a laid-back Palm Springs aesthetic, I led the design of the community’s amenities, including the state-of-the-art wellness center, outdoor functional fitness spaces, resort-style pool, and a collection of private office suites tailored to the work-from-home lifestyle. The design blends relaxed sophistication with functionality, creating a vibrant, modern environment for today's residents.
