I’m Julianne Collins, a design professional focused on luxury residential, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. My background blends interiors, brand strategy, and real estate insight—but at its core, my work is about shaping environments people are drawn to and want to spend time in.

My studio was founded on a simple belief: multifamily can—and should—feel like hospitality. Through thoughtful design and lifestyle-driven decisions, I aim to bring a sense of atmosphere, brand identity, and emotional resonance to spaces that are often treated as formulaic.

Before founding my studio, I served as Vice President of Design for a privately held development firm, where I led the creative direction of each project—from site planning and architectural coordination to interior design and brand positioning. That experience taught me how to carry the full vision of a development—how to align creative teams, support ownership priorities, and design with both beauty and performance in mind.

Today, I partner with clients who value a more considered and holistic approach. I remain deeply involved at every stage, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the design process. The goal is always the same: to create something lasting, distinctive, and deeply aligned with the vision we’ve crafted.
